Dez Gale brings over 25 years of civil construction experience with him to all of Signature Civil’s projects. Dez’s variety of experience supervising and managing projects under a range of scenarios throughout Australia allows him to lead projects both in the field and administratively. Dez still enjoys being able to get to site and participate as both supervisor and operator as possible. Dez strides to get the best outcome for all his projects to maintain his well-respected position in the West Australian Civil Sector.

Paul Gibbs has over 20 years as a Civil Engineer working in the UK and Perth, Paul has extensive experience working in a variety of construction projects and can use this to help guide your project for the best outcome. Paul’s experience also extends to a more local level with experiencing managing full local government road rehabilitation programs with of some of WA’s most recognisable Civil companies. In collaboration with Dez, Paul is responsible for estimating / tendering and also the procurement and coordination of deliveries to ensure projects are delivered efficiently. Paul’s commitment to safety and effective planning allows for every project both small and large to be delivered to a consistent and excellent standard.
